You’re charged based on how long the call takes. When you start a call, you set a maximum hold time — that’s the longest you want us to wait on the line for you. Your balance is drawn down based on the actual duration of the call, including the time we spend on hold and the time you’re connected to the agent. Shorter calls cost less, longer calls cost more.

If you’ve called the number before, you’ll already know the menu options — “press 1 for billing, press 2 for support” and so on. Just enter those same key presses when setting up your call and we’ll punch them in for you.
Your phone number and call details are stored securely while you have an account. If you delete your account, we remove all your personal details and call history entirely.
