Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OnHoldMate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
Description of Service
OnHoldMate is a web-based service that places phone calls on your behalf, navigates automated phone menus using key presses you provide, and waits on hold until a human agent answers. When a human answers, we bridge the call to your phone number.
Account and Balance
You must create an account to use OnHoldMate. Your account balance is topped up via one-time payments. Balance is deducted based on the duration of each call. Balances are non-refundable and do not expire.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use OnHoldMate only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to place calls to emergency services, engage in harassment, or violate any applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Call Recording and Privacy
OnHoldMate does not record your conversations. During the hold phase, the system listens only for voice detection to determine when a human answers. Once the call is bridged to you, we disconnect from the call entirely.
Availability and Limitations
OnHoldMate currently supports Australian phone numbers only. We do not guarantee that every call will successfully connect to a human agent. The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
Billing
You are charged based on the duration of each call, including time spent on hold and time connected to an agent. Charges apply regardless of whether a human answers. You control costs by setting a maximum hold time for each call.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all personal information and call history will be permanently removed from our systems.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
